What if I refer a client to you instead of using white-labeling?

That’s a referral, not white-labeling. In a referral, the client knows they're working directly with us. We offer a one-time 50% referral fee on the first month’s invoice—but only after the client pays. Commissions are released 7 days after the referred client’s first monthly payment is received.

What if I just refer a client to you—does that count as white-labeling?

No, that’s different. White-labeling means we work completely under your brand so your client only sees you as the service provider. A referral is when you send your client directly to us and they know they're buying our service. With white-labeling, you keep full control of the client relationship and set your own pricing.

Do I need to pay for employee benefits, medical, or other expenses?

No. We handle all of that for you. Our team members are fully employed and receive their benefits, medical coverage, and other expenses through us—you just pay the agreed service rate.

You handle talking to your client and closing the deal under your brand. Once they’re ready, just share the details with us—we'll staff a VA who fits their needs, handle training, and get them up and running quickly.

Our rates start from $6/hour for general support services (including billing and technical support). We invoice you weekly, since you’re our client, and you’re free to bill your client however you want. You can pay us using credit card, Wise, or bank transfer—whatever’s easiest for you.
